Rental Prices - PLUS BOND $500.00

     Deposit on Booking $100.00 (non-refundable)             

All trailers include the following:

- Kitchen with 3 burners, sink and BBQ plate

- Cutlery, Kettle, Pots, Cups & Utensils

- 2 jerry cans and holders

- First aid kit and fire extinguisher

- Tool box, hammer and wheel spanner

- Queen size bed

- 1 Gas bottle and holder

- Awning for extra cover

- Trailer holds 60 litres of water

- Room on the floor for 2 single mattresses.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - things you need to know

Weekend Hire

Camper Trailer will be available for pick up from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Friday and must be returned between 8:00am and midday the following Monday, or by prior arrangement.
                                         (Except Public Holidays)

Week Hire

Camper Trailer will be available for pick up from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Friday and must be returned between 8:00am and midday the following Monday, or any prior to due date from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

No weekend or public holiday pick-ups or returns are available.

Pick up & Delivery Service

Please ask us about our convenient and cost effective pick up and delivery service. (Prices available on application.)

Rental Fees

The day of pick up is counted as day 1 of the rental, regardless of the day the camper is returned is counted as the final day of rental. Minimum is 3 days. Cancellations must give 28 days notice to Bush 2 Beach Camper Trailer Hire.

Min 10days school holdays, Easter min 6 days.

Licence

We require a valid Drivers Licence to be viewed at the time of pick up. The minimum age of hirer is 21 years.

Payment

$100 booking fee is required at time of booking the camper trailer, this can be made by cash or cheque(non-refundable). The full payment of camper trailer must be paid 2 weeks prior to picking up. (THERE ARE NO CREDIT CARD FACILITY AVAILABLE)

Bond

On delivery of Camper Trailer, renters must leave a bond of $500.00 by cash only, and this

will be returned at the time of the camper trailer being returned in good condition and clean. We have 3 days to carry out an inspection of the camper trailers and then we will return Bond.

Cleaning - NO HOSING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ON CANVAS ONLY

Trailer must be returned cleaned to our satisfaction or there will be a charge of $65.00.*(minor) Cape York $150.00

Vacuming inside, stove cleaned and dishes washed and wiped dry, plus no hosing inside or outside on canvas. You can wipe all the chrome but no hosing on the canvas.

Vinyl Cover on Bartel is to be cleaned & washed.

Cancellation

Deposit on Booking $100.00 (non-refundable).

If however it is a last minute cancellation and your balance has been paid we will endeavour to re-book the Camper Trailer on your behalf. Any part of the hire that cannot be re-booked will be charged for. If you have Travel Insurance this would cover the payment.
