IMPORTANT INFORMATION - things you need to know
Weekend Hire
Camper Trailer will be available for pick up from 3:00pm - 5:00pm Friday and must be returned between 8:00am and 10am the following Monday,or an extra day fee will apply or by prior arrangement.
The day of pick up is counted as day 1 of the rental because as soon as you drive away you are covered with Bond for Insurance.
(Except Public Holidays)
NOTE: No weekend or public holiday pick-ups or returns are available.

Rental Fees
NOTE: The day of pick up is counted as day 1 of the rental, regardless of the day the camper is returned is counted as the final day of rental. Minimum is 3 days. Cancellations must give 28 days notice to Bush 2 Beach Camper Trailer Hire.
Min 10days school holdays, Easter min 5 days.
Licence
We require a valid Drivers Licence to be viewed at the time of pick up. The minimum age of hirer is 21 years.
Payment
$200 booking fee is required at time of booking the camper trailer, this can be made by cash or cheque(non-refundable). The full payment of camper trailer including Bond must be paid 2 weeks prior to picking up. (THERE ARE NO CREDIT CARD FACILITY AVAILABLE)

Bond
Renters must leave a bond of $750.00 and this will be returned at the time of the camper trailer being returned in good condition and clean. We have 3 days to carry out an inspection of the camper trailers and then we will return Bond.
Cleaning - NO HOSING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ON CANVAS ONLY
Trailer must be returned cleaned to our satisfaction, removal of mud, dust and stones or there will be a charge of $150.00.*(minor) Cape York $250.00 / Platinum $250
Washed and /or pressure cleaning of the trailer and chassis, sweeping chamoising and general cleaning of cavas/vinyl components will be deemed necessary.
Vacuming inside, stove cleaned and dishes washed and wiped dry, plus no hosing inside or outside on canvas. You can wipe all the stainless steel.
Vinyl Cover on Bartel is to be cleaned & washed. Please advise with notice if you intend not to clean.
Cancellation
Deposit on Booking $200.00 (non-refundable).
If however it is a last minute cancellation and your balance (full payment ) has been paid we will endeavour to re-book the Camper Trailer on your behalf. Any part of the hire that cannot be re-booked will be charged for. If you have Travel Insurance this would cover the payment.
