Will my Camper Trailer be insured?
No. You will be hiring the camper trailer at your own risk. We have attempted to obtain insurance through may different organisations, however we have not been able to acquire comprehensive camper trailer insurance.
What happens if the Camper Trailer is Damaged?
You are liable for any damage that occurs to the
camper trailer. (Photo’s and videos of the trailers are attached prior to your collection. This can be reviewed if required.)
Can I obtain my own insurance?
Please contact your own insurance company, we are
unable to advise
Do I need towing mirrors?
Not usually needed

When are you open?
Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 3pm or by
Appointment. Closed Saturday, Sunday and All Public
Holidays.
What adaptor do I need?
Currently the Trailers have a Round 7pin plug, we do stock most adaptors to cater for your vehicle.
What car do I need?
Most midsize 4WD vehicles will adequately do the job. Please check your towing capacity and discuss your vehicle requirements with a professional.
Can I go to the Top End?
Yes, but there are some exclusions. Please read
through the Terms & Conditions for further
clarifications
What types of brakes do they have?
Hydraulic Override brakes. (There is nothing you need to do to your vehicle regarding brakes.)
Do you charge Cleaning Fee's?
If you clean and return the camper in the same condition, there are NO cleaning fees.
- Minor Clean incurs a $200.00 Fee.
- Major Clean incurs a $350.00 Fee.
When can I collect my Camper Trailer?
Collection of Camper Trailers are available between
8:30am – 3pm Monday to Friday. Unless alternate
arrangements have been made prior to collection.
When can I return my camper?
Drop off is to be between 8:30am – 10am on your last
day of hire. Unless alternate arrangements have been
made prior to collection.
How many people can I fit?
Please look at the features of each trailer, as they vary from 2 – 4 people.
Can I take my pet in the camper?
Not usually, there would have to be a cleaning fee or additional costs to replace anything needed. e.g.
bedding etc.
I have booked and paid for a camper and I want to change my dates. What do I do?
Please give our friendly staff a call to discuss availability.
