Important Conditions
Payment
Booking Fee of $220.00 must be paid at time of booking.
The $220.00 booking fee is non-refundable.
Remaining amount is required to be paid 14days prior to travel.
Failure to pay remaining funds will result in an automatic cancellation of your hire.
Cancellation within the 14 days prior to travel will result in only the security deposit being refunded.
Security Deposit / Bond
Renters must leave a Security Deposit / bond of $1,100.00. The Security Deposit / Bond is refundable as per Terms & Conditions. (For example; trailer is returned clean, etc.)
Rental Fees
NOTE: The day of pickup is counted as day / night 1. Minimum hire duration is 3 days. Your last day / night of hire is the day before you return the trailer, if is it before 10am the following day.
Days of Hire
All hires are a minimum of 3 days.
Licence
We require a valid Drivers Licence to be viewed at the time of pick up. The minimum age of hirer is 25 years.
Cleaning
NO HOSING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ON CANVAS ONLY
Trailer must be returned cleaned to our satisfaction, removal of mud, dust and stones or there will be a charge of $200.00.* (minor) Cape York $300.00 / Platinum $350 - Cleaning Examples

Cancellations
Cancellations must give 28 days notice to Bush 2 Beach Camper Trailer Hire.
